Jack Baker Racing is still built on family graft — Josh and Jack handle the work between race weekends — but for 2026 Jack is stepping up by racing with Team TWM, gaining professional trackside support, coaching and structured development. It’s the next step in turning pace into consistent results.
Born with dyslexia and autism, he calls them his strengths, not weaknesses. Those differences give him exceptional concentration, feel for the kart and an analytical, problem-solving mindset. His calmness under pressure and ability to stay composed in chaotic races have already led to results far beyond expectations.
Now we’re combining that mindset with a professional team environment to push the next level.
Starting in corporate karts, Jack quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming 2024 Junior Pro Champion across all classes at Mr Karting Warwick — winning the Winter, Summer and Autumn Sprint Series, and earning a place at the TB Kart International Final in Paris. In 2025 he continued that momentum, securing the Winter Sprint Championship and setting another lap record.
Now competing in owner-driver Junior X30 on a Birel ART chassis with a JSR-prepared engine, Jack trains daily both physically and mentally — karting, cycling, sim work, and studying onboard footage to refine lines, braking points and racecraft. His progress has already been recognised by professional drivers and even a British Champion, who described him as “extremely talented.”
Despite limited resources, Jack continues to deliver clean drives, smart overtakes, and rapid learning every weekend. The goal is simple: keep developing, keep improving, and keep proving that determination and hard work can level the playing field in motorsport.
