Driver – Junior X30 | #45
Jack Baker is a fast, focused and determined young driver competing in the highly competitive Junior X30 class.
After winning three sprint championships, becoming the Junior Pro Overall Champion from 188 drivers and setting multiple lap records, Jack progressed into owner-driver karting. He later earned a place in the TB Kart International Final in Paris, finishing fifth against some of Europe’s leading young drivers.
Jack has continued to make a name for himself in Junior X30. At the start of the 2026 season, he produced two commanding wet-weather victories at Shenington, including a win by more than nine seconds with the fastest lap. He has remained at the top of the Shenington Junior X30 Championship, regularly fighting at the front against some of the strongest drivers in UK karting.
Now racing with TWM, Jack is known for his calm mindset, clean racecraft and ability to perform when conditions are at their most difficult. His wet-weather pace has become one of his biggest strengths, built through years of practice in cold, wet and challenging conditions.
Jack also has a strong technical understanding of the kart. He studies data, reviews onboard footage and works closely with his dad and team on chassis setup, gearing, tyre pressures and driver development. He is always looking for the next improvement, whether it is in the kart, the data or his own driving.
Despite living with dyslexia and autism, Jack has turned his focus, pattern recognition and determination into some of his greatest strengths. He has already raced wheel-to-wheel with British, European and World Champions and proved that he belongs at the front.
His goal is simple: keep learning, keep improving and keep moving up the motorsport ladder.
